Omorovicza Rewards is designed to bring you a sense of community, exclusive offers, special rewards and unique experiences. Earn points with each purchase or by completing activities within your account. Collect points and redeem these towards future purchases or curated rewards. Sign in to see the full list of benefits curated for your tier.

Log in to your Omorovicza Rewards account and you will see your point balance at the top of the page. We will also show you your current tier and how many points you need to earn to unlock the next tier. 

No, there is no limit to the number of points you can earn. You won’t be able to move up to another tier once you have reached the Muse level, but you will be able to earn further points and unlock rewards based on your points. 

You will earn points for every £1 spent or by completing activities in your account. If you have spent £1 or completed an activity and did not receive new points, please reach out to our customer support team customerservice@omorovicza.com to resolve the issue on your account. 

Once you join, your points will be displayed at checkout with every purchase made. You can also sign in to your account to view a detailed breakdown of your purchases and points earned. 

You will only be able to collect points on orders placed after Omorovicza Rewards was launched on February 13th, 2024. Sign in to your account to view your points and curated rewards.

Although you can shop and checkout in multiple currencies, Omorovicza Rewards points are based on GBP currency. At checkout your points will also be displayed as British Pounds, but they can be used towards all orders regardless of your currency.

Your Omorovicza Rewards Tier is determined by your purchases over a 12-month period. As you continue to spend, you'll move through the tiers. Regardless of your tier, you'll have the opportunity to earn points that can be redeemed for curated rewards or towards future purchases.

You will earn points for products and treatments purchased directly from us at our Mayfair Institute. Please note that you won't earn points for purchases made at third-party stores.

Yes. Should you decide to return the complete order, we will reimburse you for the total amount spent after the discount has been applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will be added back to your Omorovicza Rewards balance.

Although you can shop and checkout in multiple currencies, our rewards points are based on GBP currency. At checkout, you will see a dropdown with points redemption amounts in British Pounds, but these can be used against all orders regardless of currency and the equivalent amount will be taken off your order.
